In this post I want to discuss one of the books I read recently and it is one of my favourites as well.
David and Goliath: Underdogs, Misfits, and the Art of Battling Giants Paperback by Malcolm Gladwell (Author)
It is impossible to win against the Giants by playing to their rules – yet many ‘Davids’ assume the battle need to be played by the rules set by giants without even questioning it. Furthermore, to win as an underdog you need belief that you can win – and this often comes from having a higher purpose. To win against giants a different strategy is required and also the facts that the giants stregth is also its weakness.
